Chatou is an online business located in British Columbia, Canada, it was founded at the beginning of 2021. Our goal is to provide stylish, affordable, and trendy accessories to our clients. I am a mother of two by nature a mother of one by heart. By my side an amazing man supporting me on all my endeavors. I’m very passionate about making my dreams a reality and being my own boss. After testing the most common materials used in jewelry making such as gold, sterling silver, titanium, and stainless steel. I realized that stainless steel and titanium jewelry is what I wanted to sell. Stainless Steel and titanium is very durable and affordable. Yet, it looks attractive and is resistant to corrosion. DELIVERY ZONES: - Chatou ships only within Canada at this time. CANADA POST : Note that parcels sent via Canada Post may take five business days or more to be delivered, due to restrictions including limited flights and social distancing requirements. Registered Lettermail flat rate $12.99 It allows the sender’s proof of mailing via a receipt or electronic verification for confirmation that your package has been delivered or not. Self Pickup Kelowna Area: For orders in the Kelowna / Central Okanagan Valley region, we will be happy to contact you and arrange for order pick up. $12.00 Shipping cost will be removed after you select "Self Pickup Kelowna Area" at check out. - Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. -Shipping rate is not included in the item's price. TRACK YOUR ORDER: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/ -Tracking number and order confirmation will be provided as soon the order is shipped. PAYMENT OPTIONS: PayPal is our operating online payments system. REFUNDS/RETURNS: -Damaged /Faulty Items: We carefully inspect every item before it ships. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, or if you have received the wrong item please contact us, at info@pilarsharpe.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item, so that we can quickly resolve the issue. - All claims must be submitted to us within 24 hours of receiving the order, as per the tracking number. - Proof of damaged item must be provided with the claim. We may require additional information to determent if the claim is valid. - If we ship the wrong items Chatou will work with you to return the wrong order and ship the right order as soon as possible. -Damaged items or wrong items must be shipped to us before we replace it or refund (a prepaid shipping label will be provided) return the item within 10 days. - Please note that Chatou reserves the right to offer partial refunds or discounts to damaged or wrong items shipped. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and has passed inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
